What this website stores in your browser

Only two things, and only on your own device:

Neither is sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data, or with the “Start again” button on the quote builder.

The free website check

When you run a check, the website address you enter is sent to Google’s PageSpeed Insights service to run the test. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that. We see how many checks are run and the overall scores, but not who ran them.

When you contact us

Our enquiry forms and the quote builder open WhatsApp (or your email app) with a message for you to send. Nothing is sent until you press send. If WhatsApp isn’t available, the contact form sends your message to our inbox by email, through a form service called Web3Forms.

We use what you send us only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare’s privacy-first analytics to count visits and which buttons get used. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and doesn’t identify you.

Your rights

In Zimbabwe, the Cyber and Data Protection Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. In South Africa, the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) gives you the same rights.

To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, email hello@wanikwa.com.
